We maintain regular multi-axle trailer dispatches across major national freight corridors: NH 48 (Western corridor to Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu), NE-4 / NH 44 (Northern corridor to NCR, Punjab, Haryana), and NH 53 / NH 19 (Central and Eastern corridor to MP, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, West Bengal). Transit times range from 12 hours to 55 hours depending on destination distance.

Site Erection & Rail Alignment
Our installation teams travel with the consignments to execute full site erection: optical runway rail verification, high-conductivity shrouded busbar electrification, and complete 125% proof load testing witnessed by client third-party inspection agencies (such as TUV, Bureau Veritas, or SGS).

Operating Environment Engineering
We engineer cranes to suit every Indian operating environment: steel mill duty (IS 4137) for heavy metallurgy plants, flameproof electricals for refineries and chemical zones, low headroom geometries for compact workshops, and outdoor gantry weatherproofing for port yards.

How are long-span crane girders transported across state borders?
Girders up to 24 meters are transported in single pieces using multi-axle trailers with all-India permits. For spans above 24 meters, we engineer precision flanged splice joints that bolt together at your site with high-tensile fasteners without compromising structural rigidity.
Can you facilitate third-party inspection (TPI) before dispatch from Ahmedabad?
Yes. We routinely host third-party inspection agencies (including TUV, Bureau Veritas, SGS, and DNV) at our Ahmedabad works for raw material verification, weld testing (DP/UT), and pre-dispatch operational tests.
