What is a double girder EOT crane?
A double girder EOT crane has two main girders with a crab trolley running on rails on top of them. The hook rises between the girders, so you get more lifting height in the same building. This build handles higher capacities, longer spans and heavier duty classes than a single girder crane.

Heavy forged EN-8 / EN-9 carbon steel double-flanged wheels mounted on anti-friction spherical roller bearings in L-type bearing blocks with rubber buffers.
Hoisting Machinery & Wire Rope
Precision-machined grooved steel wire rope drum. High-tensile steel wire rope (6×36 / 6×37 construction) and forged steel shank hook with safety latch (IS 3815).
Braking & Drive Systems
Fail-safe electro-hydraulic thruster brakes on hoisting, cross travel, and long travel motions. S4/S5 crane-duty induction motors with Class F insulation (IP55 protection).
