What is an EOT crane?
An EOT crane runs on rails fixed along the length of a shed. A bridge girder spans the bay, and a hoist trolley moves across the girder, so the hook can reach almost any point on the shop floor. Long travel, cross travel and hoisting are all motor driven and controlled from a pendant, a radio remote or an operator cabin.

Single girder EOT crane
One box or rolled-section girder with an underslung or top-running hoist. Lighter, quicker to install and easier on the building structure. We build these from 1 to 20 ton.
Double girder EOT crane
Two girders with a crab trolley running on top. Gives more hook height, longer spans and higher duty. We build these from 5 to 100 ton.
Cranes with auxiliary hoist
A second, faster hoist on the same crab for lighter lifts, common in fabrication and machine shops.

Bridge Girder Construction
Fabricated box girder or rolled steel beam designed to IS 800 and IS 807. Deflection ratio strictly maintained within 1/750 to 1/1000 of span under full safe working load.
End Carriages & Wheels
Heavy forged EN-8 / EN-9 carbon steel double-flanged wheels mounted on anti-friction spherical roller bearings in L-type bearing blocks with rubber buffers.
Hoisting Machinery & Wire Rope
Precision-machined grooved steel wire rope drum. High-tensile steel wire rope (6×36 / 6×37 construction) and forged steel shank hook with safety latch (IS 3815).
Braking & Drive Systems
Fail-safe electro-hydraulic thruster brakes on hoisting, cross travel, and long travel motions. S4/S5 crane-duty induction motors with Class F insulation (IP55 protection).
Electrical & Control Protection
Rotary geared limit switches for hoisting, cross/long travel two-way lever limit switches, electronic overload protection with digital display, and VFD step-less acceleration.
